Msheireb Museums is a collection of four historic heritage houses which play an integral part in preserving and celebrating Qatar’s national history. Located in the heart of Msheireb, Downtown Doha, each house reveals a unique aspect of Qatar’s social and cultural development from its transition from a small pearl diving town to a bustling cosmopolitan city open to the world; exploring topics from slavery, domestic living to the stories of Qatari labourers during the onset of Qatar’s oil industry in 1939.
